The Public Constitution of Genesis
These principles are not marketing. They are constitutional constraints that Genesis enforces at every level of the architecture.
Humans decide. AI augments. Genesis never makes autonomous decisions that override human judgment. Humans remain sovereign over their intellectual capital, their data, and their AI interactions.
Organizations own their data. Genesis never claims ownership of organizational intellectual capital. Organizations can export everything, anytime. No lock-in to Genesis.
Genesis never owns intellectual capital. IC belongs to its creators and their designated owners. Genesis provides the constitutional environment; ownership remains with you.
Value created from intellectual capital flows to its rightful owners. Genesis does not extract value from your IC. Attribution and reward follow provenance.
Sovereignty boundaries are explicit and enforced. Trust domains define who can access, modify, and govern intellectual capital. Boundaries are constitutional, not configurable.
SAICOS operates identically regardless of which AI model provides cognition. Organizations should never depend on one model, one cloud, one vendor, or one geopolitical region.
Every claim is backed by evidence. Provenance chains are immutable. Attribution is traceable. Genesis does not make claims beyond its evidence level.
Principles do not auto-evolve. Constitutional changes require explicit governance. The ecosystem adapts; the constitution remains stable unless deliberately amended.
IC can be shared across organizational boundaries without surrendering sovereignty. Federation preserves ownership. Attribution persists across boundaries.
No infinite resource assumptions. The ecosystem operates within real constraints. Dormancy is a healthy state, not a failure. Resources are managed sustainably.
